Our Story

How 100cici Came to Be

100cici was founded with a clear and simple purpose: to give Malaysian players a gaming platform that truly understands them. For too long, online casinos serving Malaysia operated with a one-size-fits-all mentality — international interfaces, foreign payment methods, and support teams with no local context. We saw an opportunity to do things differently.

"We didn't build 100cici for a generic global audience. We built it for the player in Petaling Jaya who wants to catch the late-night EPL match and place a live bet without fuss. For the poker enthusiast in Penang who wants a smooth mobile experience on the go."

Our founding team brought together years of experience in online gaming, financial technology, and customer experience — with a shared conviction that Malaysian players deserve better. From day one, every decision at 100cici has been made with the local player in mind: MYR as the primary currency, popular local payment methods like DuitNow, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and FPX, and customer support that speaks the language of Malaysian everyday life.

Over time, 100cici has grown into a platform that players across Kuala Lumpur, Shah Alam, Johor Bahru, and Bangsar trust for their daily gaming and betting needs. But growth has never changed our core philosophy — fair play, fast payouts, and genuine care for every account holder on our platform.

Mission & Values

What Drives Us Every Day

Behind every feature, every promotion, and every support conversation at 100cici is a set of values we refuse to compromise on.

🎯
Player-First Thinking

Every product decision we make starts with one question: does this make the experience better for the player? From faster deposit flows to clearer bonus terms, we design for you — not for metrics or marketing optics. Our platform feedback loop is continuous, and real player input from Kuala Lumpur to Kota Bharu shapes our roadmap.

🤝
Integrity in Every Transaction

At 100cici, integrity is not a marketing slogan — it's an operational standard. Bonus terms are written in plain English so there are no surprises. Payout requests are processed without unnecessary friction. If something goes wrong, our support team owns the resolution, not just the acknowledgment.

🛡️
Responsible Gambling Commitment

We take problem gambling seriously. 100cici provides practical self-exclusion tools, deposit limit settings, and session time management features accessible directly from your account dashboard. Our platform is strictly for players aged 21 and above. We don't profit from vulnerable players — we protect them.

💡
Continuous Innovation

The online gaming landscape moves fast, and so do we. Our technology team continuously refines platform performance, adds new game categories, and optimises mobile responsiveness — because Malaysian players increasingly game on the go, and we need to keep up with that reality.

🌐
Transparent Operations

We publish clear Terms & Conditions, a detailed Privacy Policy, and plain-language bonus explanations because we believe informed players make better decisions. Hidden clauses and confusing small print have no place at 100cici.

📈
Long-term Player Relationships

We're not interested in one-time depositors. Our VIP programme, birthday bonuses, and referral rewards are built to recognise and celebrate players who make 100cici their long-term gaming home. Loyalty here actually means something tangible.

100cici
" 100cici exists to prove that online gaming in Malaysia can be fast, fair, and genuinely respectful of the player. "

Local First

Our Commitment to Malaysian Players

Malaysia is not just a market to 100cici — it is our home. Every product feature, every promotion calendar, and every support workflow is designed with the Malaysian player's daily reality in mind.

We cover sporting events that Malaysians actually follow — from Liga Super Malaysia fixtures on a Tuesday night to UFC pay-per-view events and the full English Premier League season. Live in-play betting is available on all major matches so you can stay engaged from kickoff to the final whistle.

On the payment side, we've integrated every major local channel — DuitNow instant transfers, FPX online banking, Maybank2u, CIMB Clicks, Public Bank Berhad, Hong Leong Connect, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Crypto users can transact in BTC and USDT with no additional conversion friction. All balances and transactions are displayed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR).
