Section 1 Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("User", "Player", "you") and 100cici ("Company", "Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the 100cici website located at https://100cici.cam and all associated services, games, promotions, and features offered therein.

100cici operates as an online entertainment and gaming platform providing casino games, sports betting markets, live dealer tables, and related gaming services to eligible users, primarily serving players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions.

These Terms should be read in conjunction with our Privacy Policy and our Responsible Gambling Policy, both of which are incorporated into this Agreement by reference. In the event of any conflict between these documents, these Terms shall prevail.

Section 3 Account Eligibility

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on the 100cici Platform, you must satisfy all of the following criteria at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:

• You areat least 21 years of age. 100cici strictly prohibits access by minors. We reserve the right to request age verification documentation at any time.
• You are accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gaming is not expressly prohibited under applicable local law.
• You are not a resident or citizen of any jurisdiction that has been designated as a prohibited territory by the Platform.
• You are registering as an individual your own personal capacity and not on behalf of a third party or business entity.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.
• You are not a current employee, director, agent, or close family member of any employee or director of 100cici.
• You have not previously had an Account suspended or terminated by 100cici for breach of these Terms.

By registering an Account, you make a binding representation and warranty to 100cici that all eligibility criteria above are satisfied. Providing false eligibility information constitutes fraud and may result in immediate Account termination and forfeiture of all balances.

Section 4 Account Registration & KYC

Each User is permitted to maintainone (1) Account only on the 100cici Platform. The creation of duplicate, linked, or associated accounts — whether under the same name, email address, device, IP address, or payment method — constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and contact number. You are responsible for maintaining the accuracy of this information and must promptly notify 100cici of any changes via the account settings or support channels.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials. Any activity conducted through your Account — regardless of whether it was authorised by you — is your responsibility. If you suspect unauthorised access, you must notify 100cici immediately at [email protected] (do not click this address — it is provided as plain text only).

Section 5 Terms of Use

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, 100cici grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. This licence does not include any rights to sublicense, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform.

You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purpose — that is, to participate in the gaming and betting services offered. You must not use the Platform for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to money laundering, fraud, or circumventing applicable gambling regulations.

The Platform is accessible via any modern web browser on desktop, tablet, or mobile.100cici does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Platform and reserves the right to suspend or modify service for maintenance, upgrades, or regulatory compliance without prior notice.

All content, software, design elements, trademarks, and other intellectual property displayed on the Platform are the exclusive property of 100cici or its respective licensors. Unauthorised reproduction or use of any Platform content is strictly prohibited.

Section 6 Deposits & Withdrawals

100cici supports deposits and withdrawals in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) through the following approved payment channels: DuitNow, FPX (Financial Process Exchange), Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, and cryptocurrency (BTC, USDT). All balances, transaction records, and bonus amounts are displayed in MYR unless a cryptocurrency transaction is specifically selected.

The minimum deposit amount is RM50 unless otherwise specified in applicable promotion terms. Deposits are generally credited to your Wallet Balance in real time, subject to payment provider processing times. 100cici does not charge deposit fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• Your Account must have completed KYC verification before any withdrawal is processed.
• The withdrawal amount must not exceed your available withdrawable balance (Wallet Balance minus any Bonus Funds subject to ongoing wagering requirements).
• Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours, depending on the payment method and security checks required.
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited.
• 100cici reserves the right to request additional verification documentation prior to processing any withdrawal.

Section 7 Bonuses & Promotions

100cici offers various promotional incentives including but not limited to welcome bonuses, reload cashback offers, birthday bonuses, referal programmes, and seasonal promotions. All bonuses are subject to these General Terms as well as any specific terms published alongside each individual promotion.

The following general bonus conditions apply across all promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Wagering Requirements: All Bonus Funds must be wagered a specified number of times (e.g., 10x, 18x, 35x) before any associated winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated in each promotion's terms.
• Maximum Bet During Bonus: While Bonus Funds are active, the maximum permitted bet per round or market is typically RM50 unless a higher limit is explicitly stated. Bets exceeding this limit during an active bonus may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slot games generally contribute 100%; table games may contribute 10–20%; certain live dealer games may contribute 0%. Check individual promotion terms for the applicable game contribution schedule.
• Bonus Expiry: Bonuses that are not claimed or utilised within the specified validity period (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from activation) will be automatically forfeited without compensation.
• Bonus Abuse: Systematic exploitation of bonus terms, including collusion with other players, using multiple accounts, or employing low-risk betting strategies to satisfy wagering requirements, constitutes bonus abuse. 100cici reserves the right to cancel bonuses and related winnings where abuse is detected.

100cici reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Players are encouraged to read all applicable promotion terms before claiming any offer.

Section 8 Betting Rules

100cici offers betting markets across wide range of sporting events including the English Premier League (EPL), Liga Super Malaysia, UEFA Champions League, AFC competitions, UFC international cricket, and esports tournaments. All betting is subject to the following general rules:

• Bets are final once confirmed by the system. You are responsible for ensuring the accuracy of your selections before confirming any wager.
• 100cici reserves the right to void bets placed on events affected by match-fixing, corruption, or other integrity concerns.
• In-play (live) betting markets are subject to suspension without notice during live events. Any bets placed after an event's outcome has been determined will be void.
• Maximum and minimum stake limits apply per market and may vary by sport, event, and User account status. These limits are displayed within the betting interface.
• Odds are displayed in the format selected by the User and are subject to change until the bet is confirmed. The odds at the time of bet confirmation are the binding odds.
• Casino game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) software. Results are final once a round is completed.

Section 9 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 100cici Platform:

• Registering or operating more than one Account, whether individually or in coordination with others.
• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC verification.
• Using any automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to interact with the Platform, gain unfair advantage, or manipulate game outcomes.
• Engaging in or facilitating any form of match-fixing, collusion between players, or coordinated exploitation of Platform features.
• Conducting transactions on behalf of third parties or using payment methods not registered in your own name.
• Using the Platform for any money laundering activity or to process proceeds of crime.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where such activity is prohibited by law.
• Exploiting technical vulnerabilities, software errors, or pricing mistakes to obtain funds, credits, or an unfair betting advantage.
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or otherwise inappropriate conduct toward 100cici staff or other users.

Section 10 Account Suspension & Termination

100cici reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently terminate any Account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms and Conditions.
• Failure to complete or pass KYC verification within the required timeframe.
• Reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or any other unlawful conduct.
• Request by a regulatory authority, law enforcement agency, or financial institution.
• Discovery that the Account holder does not meet the eligibility requirements set out in Section 3.
• Inactivity for a period exceding 12 consecutive months.

Upon Account termination, 100cici will conduct a final review of the Account balance. Any confirmed, legitimate withdrawable balance (net of Bonus Funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) may be returned to you via your last registered payment method, subject to satisfactory identity verification.

You may voluntarily close your Account at any time by contacting our support team. If you are closing your Account for responsible gambling reasons, we encourage you to use our self-exclusion tools available in your account settings or visit our Responsible Gambling page.

Section 11 Responsible Gambling

100cici is committed to promoting responsible gambling and maintaining an environment where gaming remains a safe, enjoyable form of entertainment. The Platform is strictly accessible to users aged21 years and above only.

We provide the following responsible gambling tools accessible through your Account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly maximum deposit caps to control your spending.
• Session Time Limits: Configure automatic session reminders and maximum session durations.
• Self-Exclusion: Voluntarily exclude yourself from the Platform for a defined period (30 days, 3 months, 6 months, or permanently).
• Reality Checks: Receive periodic notifications of time spent on the Platform during active sessions.
• Loss Limits: Set maximum permissible loss thresholds across configurable time periods.

Section 12 Intellectual Property

All intellectual property rights in and to the Platform — including but not limited to software, source code, database structures, interface designs, graphics, logos, trademarks, service marks, and written content — are owned by or licensed to 100cici and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, personal, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for lawful personal gaming purposes only. This licence does not confer any ownership rights and does not permit you to copy, reproduce, modify, translate, distribute, or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 100cici.

The 100cici name, logo, and all associated brand identifiers are trademarks of the Company. Any unauthorised use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited.

Section 13 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 100cici, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill.
• Interruption of service, technical failures, or errors in the Platform software.
• Unauthorised access to or alteration of your Account or transmissions.
• Any statements or conduct of third parties on the Platform.
• Any other matters relating to the Platform or services, whether based on warranty, contract, tort, or otherwise.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 100cici makes no warranties — express, implied, or statutory — regarding the Platform's fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, reliability, or availability.

Section 14 Amendments to These Terms

100cici reserves the right to revise, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Material changes to the Terms will be communicated to registered Users via email notification or a prominent notice on the Platform prior to the amendments taking effect.

The effective date of the current version of these Terms is stated at the top of this document. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised agreement. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact support to close your Account.

We recommend that you review this page periodically to remain informed of any updates. Archived versions of previous Terms may be requested by contacting our support team.
